Internet Explorer v.5+ On the Menu Bar, select "Tools", and then on the drop-down menu click "Internet Options".
 Click the "Security" tab, then select "Internet" (the globe). Click the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down to "Cookies". Select "Enable" or "Prompt". If "Disable" is selected, you will not be able to use the Hiring Center.
Netscape v.4+ On the Menu Bar, select "Edit", and then on the drop-down menu click "Preferences". Click the "Advanced" item, then under "Cookies" select "Accept".
