Treatment options include general medicine, diagnostic tests, physical therapy, pain management, movement therapy, exercise, manual therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and surgery. Many spine specialists emphasize arthroscopic surgery or minimally invasive surgery, and also perform more traditional surgeries, including fusions.
